HENDERSON- Janice Gale Horner Marks, 81, of Wakefield Ave. died Friday, December 4, 2020 at her home.Born in Blair County, PA on January 11, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Paul Horner and Lillian Lonsdale Horner.Mrs. Marks was a homemaker.
A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Sunset Gardens by Rev. Gary Harper.
Mrs. Marks is survived by her husband, Benjamin George Marks, Jr. of the home; her son, Benjie Marks and wife, Diane of Henderson; two grandchildren, David Bean and wife, Violet and Kalie Pendleton and husband Robert Dale; two great grandchildren, Montana and Lucas; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Lynn Pope; two brothers, Richard Horner and Paul Horner; four sisters, Lois Burket, Betty Funk, Lucille Ratchford and June Barry.
Serving as pallbearers will be Archie Coghill, Ed Denton, Brantley Denton, Allen Pope, Tim Long, Bert Harris, Danny Smith and Bryan Griffin.
The family will receive friends before the service from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the cemetery.
