Jeannette Rivers Cash

FRANKLINTON- Jeanette Rivers Cash, 83, of Copper Creek Lane, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Durham Regional Hospital. Born December 23, 1942 in Warren County, she was the daughter of the late Thelma Dickerson Rivers and Malvin Lee Rivers and was the widow of Bobby Green Cash. Her career spanned numerous decades. She was a long-time member of the office staff for Dr. Robert “Bob” Currin, she was the first Membership Director of the Henderson Family YMCA, and finally joined Caldwell Banker Real Estate as a real estate broker. 

A private memorial service will be held by the family.

Jeannette is survived by her daughter, Sherrie Cash Landes of Franklinton; her most beloved grandson, Reuben Glenn ”Ben” Holtzman, III (Lauren Nicks); two brothers, Malvin Lee Rivers, Jr. and Albert Jones “Buck” Rivers, both of Henderson; and her loyal friend, Joan Dorsey.
