HENDERSON- Jimmie Donald Triplett, age 68, a resident of 650 Gun Club Road, died Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Rex Hospital.Born on January 9, 1948 in Vance County he was the son of the late Bascum Dew Triplett, Sr. and Edna Daniels Pegram.He was formerly amanager with 7-11 Food Stores, anda Veteran of the US Army.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home by Dr. Gene Wood.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
He is survived by two daughters, Tina Williams and Jennifer Gregory, both of Henderson; three sisters, Ann Jones, Judy Orr and Joan Rainey, all of Henderson; two brothers, Richard Triplett of Wilksboro and Eddie Allgood of Kittrell; seven grandchildren and one great grandson.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-father, Coy Pegram.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bryant Williams, Charlie Evans, Chris Beauchamp, Donnie Allgood, Scott Harris, Kenyon Gregory, Sr. and Matthew
