Jimmie T. Holmes

HENDERSON- Jimmie T. Holmes, 74, of Old Epsom Road, died Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Maria Parham Health. Born September 21, 1947 in Vance County, he was the son of the late Irene Walker Holmes and James Thurston Holmes and was the widower of Jane “Janie” Hawkins Holmes. He was employed with ST Wooten as a truck driver for more than 30 years and was a member of the National Guard. A graveside memorial service will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Gardens by Rev. George Williams. Jimmie is survived by two sons, Thurston Holmes of Henderson and Scott Holmes (Terri) of Oxford; and one grandson, Dustin Holmes.
