OXFORD-James Roscoe "Jimmy" Grissom, Jr., age 69 a resident of Heritage Meadows Nursing Home, died Tuesday, May 30, 2017.Born on May 13, 1948 in Vance County, he was the son of the late James Roscoe Grissom, Sr. and Elizabeth Langley Grissom.
No services are planned.
He is survived by two nieces, Charlotte Hawthorn and Donna Clegham; and several cousins.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Charlotte G. Williamson and one brother, Rocky Grissom.
