Newport News, VA- Mr. Joseph Warren Moore, 60, died Thursday, June 29, 2017 at his home.Born in Newport News, VA on June 16, 1957 he was the son of the late Linwood Warren Moore and Alice Stovall Moore Stall.Warren always delivered happiness, comfort, and loyalty among friends.He recently retired from Newport News Shipbuilding.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Bullock Baptist Church by Rev. Tony Futrell.
He is survived by his brother, Benjamin Stovall Moore of Grapevine, Texas; two step- sisters, Debbie Stall and Brenda S. Yonkoske; and four step-brothers, Butch Stall, Dwight Stall, David W. Stall, and Brian M. Stall CSM.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Floyd Stall.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Wednesday from 1:00PM till 2:00 PM in the Family Life Center at Bullock Baptist Church.
