Joshua Trey Riggan

Joshua Trey “Josh” Riggan, 20, a resident of Vincent-Hoyle Road, died Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Maria Parham Health. Born on April 3, 2001 in Vance County, he was the son of Lisa Anne Riggan Gannon of Henderson and the late Clyde Warren Wilson. Josh was employed with Robinson’s Heating and Air Conditioning. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Eddie Nutt. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step-father, Harold Curtis “Harry” Gannon of the home; soon to be wife, Annie Elizabeth Duke of the home; one son, Grayson Trey Riggan of the home; two brothers, James Shelton Rhodes, III and Victor Troy Rhodes both of Henderson; two step-sisters, Cheri Parsons (Shalaby) and Kelsey G. Scarfo (Anthony) all of Salem, NJ; one step-brother, William Gannon (Ashli) of Sutter, CA; his maternal grandmother, Carolyn R. Miller of Henderson; and his paternal grandmother, Wanda Gail Reid and step-grandfather, John Reid of Henderson. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerry Riggan; and paternal grandfather Bobby Lane Wilson, Sr. The family will receive friends on Saturday prior to the service from 12:30 until 2:00 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home. Josh loved outdoor life where he enjoyed riding horses, dirt bikes, ATVs, hunting, fishing and working on cars.
