HENDERSON-Judy Coghill Faulkner Smith, age 59, a resident of 1300 Vicksboro Road, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at her home.Born in Vance County on May 15, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Ivy Lee Bud Coghill and Iola May Collier Coghill.She was medically retired as a Nurses Aid from Murdock Developmental Center in Butner.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 2 pm in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Frank Sossamon.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Smith of the home; one son, Jeff Faulkner of Henderson; two sisters, Elizabeth C. Brooks and Tammy C. Haynes of Henderson; and a very special friend, Yvonne Vick.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Thomas Faulkner; and one son, Jamie Ryan Faulkner.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm prior to the service at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home of Yvonne Vick at 2745 Stewart Farm Road.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to St. Judes Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
