Justin Hernandez Dominguez, age 4 months, died Saturday, December 31, 2011, at Duke University Medical Center.Born on August 19, 2011 in Vance County, he was the son ofOscar Hernandez DeLaFuente and Isela Dominguez of Henderson.
Memorial services will be held Thursday at 2:00 pm in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by Father Bill Upah.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Ashley Hernandez and Brittany Hernandez; three brothers, Oscar Hernandez, Edgar Hernandez, and Kevin Hernandez all of the home.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Justin Hernandez Dominguez Funeral Fund, c/o J. M. White Funeral Home, 60 Zeb Robinson Road, Henderson, NC27536.
