HENDERSON- Mrs. Katherine Williamson Pendergrass Allen, age 71, a resident of 240 Flanagan Road, died Tuesday February 26, 2013 at her home.Born on April 18, 1941 in Wilson County, she was the daughter of the late John Lewis Williamson and Cleo Boykin Williamson.Mrs. Allen was retired from Perry Glass Company.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 PM at Unity Baptist Church conducted by the Rev Calvin Hedgepeth and the Rev. Calvin Mills. Burial will follow in the Williamson Family Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen is survived by two daughters, Diane P. Crowder, Wanda P. Gill and husband, David all of Henderson; four sons, Jimmy Pendergrass, Johnny Pendergrass and wife, Ginger, Wayne Pendergrass and wife, Diane and Ricky Pendergrass and wife, Tonya all of Henderson; one step-daughter, Linda J. Grissom and husband, Donnie; two sisters, Bonnie W. Creech of Kittrell and Marsha W. Randolph of China Springs, TX; two brothers, Freddie Williamson, and John Henry Williamson, both of Henderson; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; three step-
grandchildren; and one step-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Willis Fleming Pendergrass and Wade Dickie Allen; two sisters, Peggy W. Jacobs and Sharon Rose Williamson; two brothers, Kenneth Williamson and Ronnie Williamson; and her son-in-law, Eugene Crowder.
The family will receive friends Thursday night from 7:00 until 8:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home at 240 Flanagan Road.
Serving as active pall bearers will be Lee Gill, Jr., Lynn Pendergrass, Jr., Jamie Pendergrass, Jr., John Lewis Pendergrass, Jr., David Williamson, Mark Williamson, James Williamson, Jr., and Kenneth Williamson, Jr.
