Kathy Faye "Kat" Carroll Shealy, 58, a resident of Mitchell Street, died Wednesday, June 23, 2021.Born in Columbus County on April 15, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Edward Carroll and Nina Faye Soles Carroll.Kat was employed at Cokesbury Community Mart.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Scott Yow.
She is survived by two sons, Josh Watkins (Diane) of Henderson and Chris Watkins of Las Vegas, Nevada; one brother, Ricky Carroll of Kittrell; three grandchildren, Caydence Watkins, Jase Watkins, and Easton Watkins; one niece, Lindsey Carroll; and one nephew, Ricky Carroll, Jr.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday prior to the service from 1:00 pmuntil 2:00 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at her home.
