Kathy Stevens Granger, age 55, a resident of 1514 Kelly Road, died Friday, November 24, 2017, at her home.Born in Halifax County, Virginia on October 19, 1962, she was the daughter of Nancy Ward Stevens of Halifax, Virginia and the late Lewis Stevens.
Kathy was a former Manager at Royal Home Fashions and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 pm at Calvary Baptist Church by the Rev. Dr. Gene Wood.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, William Barksdale Billy Granger of the home; one step-daughter, Kelly G. Dickerson (Bobby) of Louisburg; one sister, Judy S. Mulchi of Halifax, Virginia; one brother, Danny Ray Stevens of South Boston, Virginia; and four step-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by one step-son, Dale Granger.
The family will receive friends on Monday prior to the service from 1 until 2 pm at Calvary Baptist Church.At other times they will be at the home.
