Kimberly Reaves

GREENVILLE-Kimberly Annette Reaves, 49, a resident of 3948 Colony Woods Dr., passed away Wednesday October 31, 2018 at her home. She was a native of Vance County and was the daughter of Jerry Page Reaves and Annette Brame Reaves of Henderson. Kim was a member of Harris Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Vance Senior High School in 1987 and East Carolina University in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in P. E.. She was a Digital Marketing Manager with the Hyster-Yale Group in Greenville. Kim enjoyed playing softball, was an avid Star Wars fan and loved anything ECU.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband, Brian Neal Meador of the home; one brother, Derrill Page Reaves and wife, Masa of Henderson; three nieces, Callie Lynn Reaves, Kaylen Ferrell, Lauren Ferrell; three nephews, Garrett Page Reaves, Gaven Dakas, and Jacob Ferrell; mother-in-law, Mary McMillan Matthews; and two sisters-in-law, Kerry Ferrell,Kelly Meador and husband, Nick Dakas.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Angela Joy Reaves; maternal grandparents, Raymond J. Brame and Blanche Ellington Brame; paternal grandparents, Robert L. Reaves and Elsie Fuller Reaves.
The family will receive friends Saturday and Sunday at the home of her parents, Jerry and Annette Reaves, 1711 St Andrews Church Rd.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Kims memory to the American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park Suite 10, Raleigh NC 27615.
