Larissa Brown Anstead

HENDERSON- Larissa Brown Anstead, 61, of Horseshoe Bend Road, died Friday, June 24, 2022 at Durham Regional Hospital. Born October 3, 1960 in Newberry, SC, she was the daughter of the late Olin D. Brown and Virginia Womack Brown. Mrs. Anstead was formerly employed with Mast Drug. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home by Rev. Ricky Easter. Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens. Larissa is survived by her husband, William “Billy” Lewis Anstead of the home; two sons, Lewis Anstead, Jr. and Brian Keith Anstead of the home; a grandson, Brian Keith Anstead, II; and her brother, Olin Wayne Brown of Silver. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Lewis Anstead and a half brother, Jarrett Kelly. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at J.M. White Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Scotty and Rhonda Parrish, 324 Horseshoe Bend Road, Henderson, NC 27537.
