HENDERSON-Larry Edward Hardee, age 54, a resident of 129 Burwell Avenue, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at his home.Born in Okaloosa County, Florida, he was the son of the late Wilbur Hardee and Barbara Baker Hardee.He was a former Supervisor at Pepsi Cola Bottling Company, and a member of Freedom Life Church Of God.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 4:00 PM at Freedom Life Church Of God by the Rev. Jeff Prewer.
He is survived by his wife, Gale Edwards Hardee of the home; one son, Larry Edward Hardee, II of Stuart, Virginia; one daughter, Amanda H. Robertson of Henderson; one brother, Steve Hardee of Henderson; and six grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Hardee; and two brothers, David Hardee and William Hardee.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Freedom Life Church Of God and at the home at 129 Burwell Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial contributions be made to the Larry Hardee Funeral Fund, c/o J. M. White Funeral Home, 60 Zeb Robinson Road, Henderson, N. C.27536.
