HENDERSON- Larry Franklin Holland, Jr., 54, of Meadow Lane, died Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Maria Parham Health. Born July 12, 1971 in Vance County, he was the son of Janice Craven Holland of Henderson and the late Larry F. Holland, Sr. Larry retired from Holland Industrial after 34 years of service.
A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Sunset Gardens at 11:00 A.M. by Dr. Abidan Shah.
In addition to his mother, Larry is survived by his son, Larry Franklin “Trey” Holland, III and wife, Brianna; his sister, Julie H. Beazley and husband, Brian; his brother, Johnathan Ross Holland; nieces and nephews, George “Chip” Humphries, Ashton Beazley, Christian Beazley and Paige Beazley; Jonathan Ross Holland II and Gavin Holland; his maternal aunts, Tena Maddrey and Penny Craven; his paternal uncle, Charles Sidney “Butch” Holland and wife, Rita; close cousins he grew up to love like siblings and two great nieces.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles S. Holland Sr.; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Julian Lyle Craven; maternal uncles, Mike Craven and Larry Maddrey; and a cousin, Reide Blake III.
Larry was an avid gun enthusiast and loved target shooting. His knowledge of firearms was as impressive as his marksmanship of target shooting. Growing up he loved being on Kerr Lake enjoying water sports or at the beach making sand bombs and swimming. His athletic talents extended to playing lacrosse, soccer and snow skiing. He had very loyal friends whom he cherished and showed up every time they were needed.

The family will receive friends at the home, 986 Meadow Lane, Henderson, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
