HENDERSON-Lawrence Edward Currin, age 63, a resident of 398 Swain Drive, died Friday, November 11, 2011.Born on May 1, 1948 in Vance County, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Geraldine Adcox Currin.He was a retired Forman with Weeks Construction Company, and was a member of Crystal River Church Of God.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 200 PM at Sunset Gardens by the Rev. Charles Ray Anderson.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Elaine Roberson Currin of the home; three sons, Bryan Thomas Currin, Lawrence Edward Currin, Jr., and Jonathan Robert Currin all of Henderson; and seven grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Gary Edward Currin; and one sister, Faye Currin Kiger.
The body will be on view on Sunday from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home.The family will receive friends Monday at Sunset Gardens immediately following the service and at other times at the home at 398 Swain Drive.
