Linda Elizabeth Mebs

LOUISBURG NC-Linda Elizabeth Mebs, age 79, a resident of 75 Leanda Drive, died August 27, 2016, at Wake Medical Center.Born on July 17, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward Waters and Edna Mahler Waters, and was the widow of George Mebs.Linda was a retired bookkeeper.She was an avid bowler for many years as well as a junior bowling instructor in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
To honor her wishes, there will be no service.
She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Kerns of Trevose, PA and Vicki Richards of Louisburg; three sons, Herbert Heston of Glassboro, NJ, Randy Heston of Henderson, and Scott Heston of Louisburg; fifteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Barry Heston
