HENDERSON-Linda Sue Watson Lassiter, age 66, a resident of 450 Cedar Street, died Monday, October 16, 2017 at Duke University Hospital.Born on July 17, 1951 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Watson and Grace Lee Thomas Watson, and was the widow of Charles Thomas Lassiter, Sr.Mrs. Lassiter was a member of Celebrations Church in Oxford.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
She is survived by one daughter, Cherie L. Bolanos of Henderson; one son, Charles Thomas Lassiter, Jr. of Henderson; one sister, Mary Jane Price of Rocky Point, NC; one brother, Larry W. Watson of Middleburg; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harrvey Benjamin Watson and Kenneth Buddy Watson.
