Lora Weaver Gibson

HENDERSON-Lora Jean Weaver Gibson, 67, a resident of Henderson, died Tuesday, February 07, 2023, at her home. Born on January 24, 1956 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Marshall William Weaver, Sr. and Elecia Worley Weaver. She was a former LPN at Maria Parham Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. She is survived by her husband, Ervin David Gibson, Jr. of the home; two daughters, Lisa Gibson Hunt (Philip) of Henderson and Deanna Cross of South Carolina; one son, Joey Daniel Gibson (Tammy Ayscue) of Henderson; one sister, Tammie Weaver (Bill Goolsby) of Henderson; four grandchildren, Philip Hunt, II, Joshua Walker, Megan Walker, and Kayley Benson; and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Marshall William Weaver, Jr.
