HENDERSON-Louis Benjamin "Ben" Daniel, 78, a resident of 3910 Dabney Road, died Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Maria Parham Health.Born in Vance County on July 16, 1943, he was the son of the late John Henry Daniel and Emma McDaniel Daniel.
Ben was a retired Dyer at Mt. Hope Finishing Company.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 22. 2021 at 3:00 PM at the home at 3910 Dabney Road by the Rev. Jamie Elliott.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Glasscock Daniel of the home; four daughters, Lorrie Perkins (Mike) of Oxford, Angela Joy Daniel of Youngsville, Connie Gail Daniel of Creedmoor, and Marie Daniel of the home; three sons, Louis B. Daniel, Jr. (Linda) of Stovall, Robert Scott Daniel (Shannon) of Oxford, and Jerry Alton Cox, Jr. of Ambler, PA; four sisters, Frances Adams of Grimesland, Patricia Chatman of Wake Forest, Ruth Mayer of Dinwiddie, VA, and Annie Lee Williams of Petersburg, VA; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday prior to the service from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at the home.
