HENDERSON-Louise Overby Twisdale, 92, of 3131 Hicksboro Road, died Friday, July 28, 2017.Born in Vance County on November 1, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Parry lee Overby and Lizzie Daniel Overby, and was the widow of Charlie Sidney Twisdale.Mrs. Twisdale was a retired Supervisor at the former Laurens Glass Co., and was a member of Gospel Independent Baptist Church.Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at 11 am at Sunset Gardens by the Rev. Robert E. Greene, Jr.
She is survived by one daughter, Kay T. Satterwhite of Henderson; two sons, Mike Twisdale (Christie) and Sonny Twisdale (Rosa) of Henderson; eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends before and after the service on Tuesday at Sunset Gardens.At other times they will be at the home of Kay Satterwhite, 3151 Hicksboro Road, Henderson, NC27536.
