OXFORD- Manny Lee Escobedo, 15 a resident of Hicksboro Rd., passed away Sunday June 14, 2026 at Duke Medical Center. Born December 14, 2010 in Cameron Co. Texas, he was the son of Veronica Verdin and the late Ismael Escobedo.
Funeral services were held Wednesday June 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Will Breedlove. Burial was at Sunset Gardens.
In addition to his mother Manny is survived by his son, Ameri Ismael Escobedo; one sister, Mari Verdin; three brothers, Johnny Verdin, Anothny Verdin, and Miley Escobedo; his maternal grandfather, Jose Verdin; one niece Aliana Gonzalez; and one nephew Alejandro Gonzalez.
The family received friends prior to the service at J. M. white Funeral Home.
