Marjorie Westfall Kimball

HENDERSON- Marjorie Louise Westfall Kimball, 82, of Hicksboro Road, died Monday, December 16, 2024 at Duke University Medical Center. Born October 24, 1942 in Tioga County, NY, she was the daughter of the late Catherine Ferris Rivenburgh and Myron Westfall and was the step-daughter of the late Arthur Rivenburgh and the widow of Alan B. Kimball, Sr. Marjorie retired from the Vance County School System where she was cafeteria manager. To honor her wishes, no services are planned at this time. She is survived by four children, Alan B. Kimball, Jr. of Moravia, NY, Barbara J. Melly (Francis) of Ithaca, NY, Christopher K. Kimball (Debbie) of Mebane and Katrina L. Dale (Jim) of Henderson; eleven grandchildren, Courtney, Matthew, Melissa, Kaity, Jesse, Jonathan, Kevin, Stephen, Kristen, Jeffrey and Julianne; her brother, Ray Westfall (Jean) of Norlina; three sisters, Carol Rivenburgh of Matheny, WV, Mary Montgomery of Yorktown,VA, and Joyce Ross (Bob) of Groton, NY; several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two children, Dennis Kimball and Corrina Marie Kimball.
