HENDERSON-Mark Thomas Bridges, age 52, of Henderson, died Thursday, July 30, 2015 at his home.Born in Henderson on October 17, 1962 , he was the son of Jimmie and Jenny Edwards Bridges of Kittrell.
Mark, also known as Dough Boy, was an electrician and worked for his brother, Tim.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman.He loved to cook and be with family and friends.
Though his heart failed him in the end, it never did in life.He had the biggest, strongest heart of all who knew and loved him.
Mark was a member of Fuller Chapel Church where a memorial service e will be held Saturday at 2 pm by the Rev. Tammy Ayscue.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Jimmy Foster Bridges of Henderson; his brother, Tim Bridges of Henderson; and a sister, Shellie Currin of Nashville.Mark loved his family dearly, and he loved his wife, Diane and her granddaughter, Heidi very much.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Fellowhip Hall at Fuller Chapel Church.At other times they will be at the home of his parents, Jimmie and Jenny Bridges at 5878 Raleigh Road, Kittrell.
