Mary Kittrell Parrish

OXFORD- Mrs. Mary Kittrell Parrish, 85, of 2699 Henry Wilson Rd., passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 at her home. Born in Vance Co. on November 27, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Elmore T. Kittrell and Mary Pendergrass Kittrell. She was the widow of Charles Furman Parrish. Mary was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Gardens by the Rev. Aubrey Florence.
She is survived by one son, Furman Eugene Parrish (Gidget) of Oxford; four sisters, Dorothy Matthews (John) and Sharon Foster all of Henderson, Peggy Jean Gupton (Curtis) and Carol Bolton all of Cokesbury; one brother, Frank Thomas Kittrell of Henderson; eight grandchildren, Robert Grissom, Brant West, Daniel Parrish, Preston Parrish, Ashley Boone, Keith Boone, Justin Harp, and Lenny Riggan; and eleven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise Ann Harp; three sons, Dennis James Boone, Larry Dale Boone and Anthony Meril Boone; one grandson Jamie Boone; and a brother, Elmo Kittrell, Jr.
The family will receive friends following the service at Sunset and at other times at the home.
