BRODNAX, VA- Mrs. Mary Frances Brent Leake, age 82, a resident of Brodnax, VA and a former resident of Henderson, died Sunday, June 25, 2017 at her home surrounded by family and friends.Born in Richmond, VA on June 15, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Russell Edward Brent and Olive Cooper Brent.
A private memorial service will be held on August 26, 2017 at Monticello Gardens, Charlottesville, VA.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra L. Simmons and husband Michael of Brodnax, VA; three grandchildren, Angela Orlando and husband Kenny, great-grandsons Micha and Joshua, Helen Kellett and husband Greg, great-grandsons, Dylan, Gabriel and Jacob, Michael Simmons, Jr. and wife Nicole, great-grandchildren Ethan, Cody and Hunter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Fray Leake, Jr. and her son, Charles R. Leake.
