KING- Michael Eugene Ellis, 51, of King, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at his home.Born in Vance County on September 8, 1967, he was the son of Faye Edwards Roberson of Henderson and the late Eugene Ellis.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM at New Bethel Baptist Church by Rev. Calvin Hedgepeth.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sally Ellis of the home; two sons, Michael Eugene Ellis, Jr. of Henderson and Dustin Phillip Ellis of Newport; his step-father, Charles Roberson of Henderson; two step-sons, Steven Parish of Henderson and Brandon Fort of Morehead City; and eleven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the service on Thursday at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery and at other times at the home of Charles and Faye Roberson, 180 Arrowhead Lane, Henderson, NC 27537.
Arrangements are by J.M. White Funeral Home.
