Nettie Day Humphries

HENDERSON- Nettie Day Humphries, 77, of Coble Boulevard, died Sunday, April 10, 2022 at her home. Born May 23, 1944 in Granville County, she was the daughter of the late Annie Mae Weary Humphries and Glover Huff Humphries. She attended Blessed Hope Baptist Church. A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Grassy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery by Dr. Donald A. Perkinson. Nettie is survived by her sister, Dorothy Humphries Burton and husband, John, of Henderson; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends following the service on Tuesday at the cemetery.
