Norfleet "N.G." Green Crews Iii

HENDERSON- Norfleet Green “N.G.” Crews, III, 92, of Crews Lane, died Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at The Whitmore House. Born March 24, 1929 in Vance County, he was the son of the late Norfleet Green Crews, Jr. and Roselyn Harriss Crews. He was the widower of Juanita Bartholomew Crews. N.G. was retired from the N.C. Wildlife Resource Commission where he was a wildlife protector. He was also a tobacco farmer and a lifelong member of Salem Methodist Church. A private memorial service was held Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at J.M. White Funeral Home. N.G. is survived by his son, Norfleet G. Crews, IV of Henderson; his sister, Roselyn Crews of Henderson; and two brothers, James Thomas Crews of Brazil and Bruce Milton Crews of the Salem Community. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, William Hunter Crews and Bert Crews.
