Olga Wunnenburg Harris, age 87, a former resident of Summitt Road, died Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Springmoor Health Center.Born in Norfolk, Virginia on May 15, 1923, she was the daughter of the late John E. Wunnenberg, Sr. and Mary Frazier Wunnenberg.
Mrs. Harris was a member of The Church Of The Holy Innocents.
A private internment will be held by the family.A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 19 at 3:00 PM at The Church of The Holy Innocents by the Rev. Donald A. Lowery.
She is survived by her husband, Snethen Philip Harris of Raleigh; one daughter, Joy H. Burton of Altanta, Georgia; and three grandchildren.She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Helen H. Riley.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Great Hall.
Arrangements are by J. M. White Funeral Home.
