Patricia Hanford Rivers

HENDERSON- Patricia Ann Hanford Rivers, 82, of Toepleman Street, died Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at her home. Born December 12, 1942 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Zona Knight Hanford and Hubert Hulen Hanford. She retired from Americal and was a member of the former City Road Methodist Church. The family will receive friends Sunday at 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home of Jay and Jennie Adams, 323-S. Stratford Drive, in Stratford Hills. Patricia is survived by her husband, Malvin Lee Rivers, Jr. of the home; her daughter, Jennie Rivers Adams and husband, Jay of Henderson; her son, Malvin Lee Rivers, III (Sheryl) of Sanford; and four grandchildren, Jimmy Adams III, Leanne Adams (Logan Harris), Travis Rivers (Barbara), and Kelsey Rivers; six great grandchildren, Sadie, Jaxon, Andrew, Zavian, Emily and Dakota. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Malvin Lee Rivers, IV.
