HENDERSON-Peggy Williams Renn, age 65, a resident of 1500 Club Pond Road, died Thursday, November 29, 2012 at the Hock Family Pavilion in Durham.Born in Vance County on December 20, 1946, she was the daughter ofthe late Edward Williams and Esther Roberson Williams.She was a retired Manager of Rose Mart # 204 on Ruin Creek Road.She was a member of Raleigh Road Baptist Church and also attended Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM at Freedom Life Church Of God by the Rev. Jeff Prewer.Burial will follow inNew Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Steven Renn of the home; one son, Alan Jeffrey Renn of Henderson; one daughter, Debbie J. Renn of Henderson; one sister, Shirley Strickland of Raleigh; one brother, George Williams of Henderson; and four grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Lee Williams, Sr.
The family will receive friends Saturday night from 7:00 until 8:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral home.At other times they will be at the home of Jeff and Jamie Renn at 1326 Club Pond Road off the Vicksboro Road.
