Perry Eugene Phillips, Jr., 62, a resident of Henderson, died Monday, December 11, 2017 at his home.Born in Memphis, TN on January 13, 1955, he was the son of Peggy Ferguson Phillips and Perry Eugene Phillips, Sr. of Jackson, MS.He was an employee of Whole Foods in Durham, NC.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Patti P. Sitek (Rick) of Moorepark, CA and Emily P. Salmon of Jackson, MS; his maternal grandmother, Allene Ferguson Crockett of Senatobia, MS; his uncle, Harold "Hal" Laverne Ferguson, Jr. (Frances) of Oxford, MS; four nephews, Jason Andrew Sitek (Callie), Kevin Richard Sitek, Raymond Farley Salmon, IV (Suzanna) and Bryant Alexander Salmon (Bailey); and his long time partner, J. Teresa Sikora of the home.
