Raymond Milton Finch

KITTRELL- Raymond Milton Finch, age 82, a resident of 560 General Green Road, died Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at Maria Parham Health after a brief illness.
Born in Vance County on May 28, 1935, he was the son of the late Raymond Dorsey Finch and Rosa Bell West Finch.
Raymond was a retired tobacco farmer and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday at 11 am at Sunset Gardens by the Rev. Aubrey Florence.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Overby Finch of the home; two daughters, Shelia Finch Smith (Wesley) and Amy Finch Rieck (Roy) of Roanoke Rapids; one son, Raymond Finch (Leslie) of Henderson; two brothers, Carl Finch and Henry Finch both of Kittrell; three sisters, Helen Wortham and Ruby Matthews of Kittrell, and Molly Hundley of Boone; and eight grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by one sister, Louise Orr; and one brother, Ralph Cheatham Finch.
The family will receive friends at the home of Shelia and Wesley Smith at 566 General Green Road, Kittrell, NC.
