HENDERSON- Mr. Richard Dean Ricky Carter, age 51, a resident of 134 Belle Street, died Monday, December 3, 2012 at his home.Born on November 4, 1961 in Grand Forks, North Dakota, he was the son of the late Andrew Thomas Carter and Patricia Ann Lindsay Carter.He was a medically disabled cabinet maker.
A private burial will be held by the family.
He is survived by one sister, Kristy C. Osterhout of Raleigh; and one brother, Andrew Charles Carter of Georgia.
The family will receive friends Thursday night from 7:00 until 8:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center, 101 Manning Drive, Campus Box # 7600, Chapel Hill, NC27599-7600.
