Richard "Louie" Gray Tillotson

HENDERSON- Mr. Richard Gray Louie Tillotson, age 54, a resident of 20 Shearin Lane, died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at his home.Born March 11, 1961 in Vance County he was the son of William Gray Tillie Tillotson and Jane Wilder Tillotson of Henderson.He attended New Life Baptist Church and was an avid UNC and NASCAR fan.Louie was a top ranked putt-putt player in the state of North Carolina.He worked as an electronics engineer for AAA Amusement.
A memorial service will be held on Monday evening at 6:00 PM at New Life Baptist Church by Rev. Michael Wilkes.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Kimberly T. Weaver and her husband Doug of Advance; his brother, William Keith Tillotson of Henderson; and two nephews, Harrison Weaver and Jonathon Weaver. The family recognizes Irvin Wade and Ricky Pernell for their friendship and unwavering support.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Debbie Tillotson Caudill.
The family will receive friends Monday evening following the service in the fellowship hall of New Life Baptist Church.
