Ricky Vann Ellington

HENDERSON-Ricky Vann Ellington, 31, a resident of Warrenton Road, died Sunday, June 9, 2024 at his home. Born in Durham, NC on September 11, 1992, he was the son of the late Pamela Brame Ellington and George Vann Ellington. Ricky was employed as Warehouse Manager at Florida Marine Tanks Co. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Jeff Prewer. Burial will follow in the Union Chapel Church of Kittrell Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Kayla Danielle Ellington of the home; his children, Keithan Jase Vann Ellington, Emilia Elise Ellington, and Destin Lane Ellington of the home; two sisters, Harley Rae Ellington of Oxford and Ashley Radford of Middlesex; and one brother, Marvin Perkinson of Henderson. Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Degard, Marvin Perkinson, D. J. Stokes, William Leman, Christian Ellington, and Jermey Burwell. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at J. M. White Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home at 5080 Warrenton Road, Norlina, NC 27563.
