Robert Irwin "Bobby" Burroughs, Jr.

HENDERSON – Robert Irwin “Bobby” Burroughs, Jr., 85, of Glebe Road, died Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Duke Hospital. Born July 25, 1940 in Vance County, he was the son to the late Robert Irwin Burroughs, Sr. and Ruby Pope Burroughs.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 26 at 3:00 PM at Hermon Community Church by the Rev. Johnny Yount. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 2:00 until 3:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall at Hermon Community Church. At other times they will be at the home.
