HENDERSON-Robert Lester Larch, age 71, a resident of Henderson, died Friday, July 31, 2015, at Maria Parham Medical Center.Born in Westmoreland County, PA on April 29, 1944, he was the son of the late Joseph Larch and Viola Steinebeiser Larch.He proudly served in the United States Navy and Merchant Marines.He was retired from National Rollins Mills in Malvern, PA.In 1999 Robert and Brenda moved from Glenolden, PA to Henderson to live on Kerr Lake. He was a member of Saint James Catholic Church where funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 pm by Father John Gillespie.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Brenda Pressler Larch of the home; two sons, Joseph Larch and wife, Kathy, of Philadelphia, PA and Robert P. Larch and wife, Brittney of Unicoi, TN; one sister, Estelle Olsen and husband, Dale of Jeannette, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6 until 8 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.
