HENDERSON- Robert Thomas “Bobby” Vaughan, 82, a resident of Brookrun Road, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025 at his home. Born April 5, 1943 in Wake County, he was the son of the late Swannie Tharrington Vaughan and Joseph Thomas “JT” Vaughan. Bobby was a graduate of Atlantic Christian College. He was a former employee of Roses Stores, Inc. and was the owner and operator of Vaughan Appraisal Services. He was a member of The First Baptist Church Henderson.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, October 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Gardens by Dr. Ronald S. Cava.

He is survived by his wife, Ana Maria Brewer Vaughan of the home, his daughter, Marissa Vaughan and fiancé, Rene Flores, Jr. of Wilmington; his sons, Joseph Vaughan and Jackson Vaughan of Raleigh; and his sister, Brenda V. Regan (Troy) of Oxford.

The family will receive friends Thursday night October 30, 2025 from 6:00 until 7:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home.
