Rodney "Rod" Dane Inscoe, Jr.

HENDERSON- Rodney “Rod” Dane Inscoe, Jr., 54, died Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family and friends. Born July 24, 1968 in Franklin County, he was the son of Dorothy Kearney Inscoe of Henderson and the late Rev. Rodney Dane Inscoe, Sr. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was employed with Novozymes as a formulation operator. He was a member of South Henderson Church of God, and a member of the American Legion Post 60. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM at South Henderson Church of God by Rev. Mark Bateman. Burial with military honors will follow at Sunset Gardens. Rod is survived by his wife, Ann Crews Inscoe of the home; three daughters, Deanna Gordon (Brandon) of Norlina, Taylor Inscoe (Jamie Orr) of Henderson, and Victoria Inscoe (Nicholas Price) of Warrenton; two grandsons, Jackson Gordon and Connor Gordon; and his sister, Michelle Y. Inscoe (Haynes Marshall) of Henderson. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6:00 until 7:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home and at other times at the home. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Gordon, Nicholas Price, Jamie Orr, Haynes Marshall, Bruce Parrish, Gary Leonard, Jackson Gordon and Steve Wiggins.
