Ruby Fulcher Ferrell

HENDERSON-Ruby Francis Fulcher Ferrell, age 81, a resident of 40 NC 39 Loop Road, died Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at her home.Born in Vance County on January 20, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Herbert D. Roy Francis and Lucy NarronFrancis.Mrs. Ferrell was a homemaker, textile worker, and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM in the J.M. White Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Rev. Frank Sossamon who will be assisted by her son, Rufus Fulcher.Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferrell is survived by two sons, L.D. Fulcher of Oklahoma City, OK and Rufus Fulcher of New London, NC; three daughters, Carolyn Bruner of New London, NC,Judy Horton of Kittrell and Shelia Fulcher of Henderson; a brother, Joseph H. Francis of Norfolk, VA; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward Fulcher and Aubrey Ferrell; and a son, William Fulcher.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 7:00 until 8:30 pm at J.M. White Funeral Home.
Serving as pall bearers will be Adam Horton, Travis Fulcher, David Horton, Joe Johnson, Newman Robertson and Eddie Profitt.
Arrangements are by J.M. White Funeral Home.
