Ruby Pace Jenkins

HENDERSON- Ruby Pace Jenkins, age 86, a resident of Senior Citizens Nursing Home, died Sunday November 24,2013 at Duke University Medical Center.Born on July 2, 1927 she was the daughter of the late Vance Pace and Lillian Ranes Pace and the widow of William Benjamin Jenkins. She was a member of Harriett Baptist Church and retired from Harriett and Henderson where she worked as a winder.
A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday at 3:00 PM at Sunset Gardens conducted by Pastor Will Breedlove.
Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her daughter, Yvonne J. Faulkner and husband Charles of Franklin Co; her son Phil Jenkins of Norlina; her sister, Mildred P. Evans of Henderson; six grandchildren; 11 Great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mabel Grissom and Eunice Grissom; two brothers, Joe Pace and Ed Pace; and one great-great grandson.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 till 8:30 at J.M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home of Larue Fuller, 543 S. Cooper Drive.
