Ruth Ann Waggy Harper

Mrs. Ruth Ann Waggy Harper, 80, a resident of Twelve Oaks Lane, died Friday, April 01, 2022 at her home. Born February 9, 1942 in Prince William County Virginia she was the daughter of the late Alma Simmons Waggy and Virgil Waggy. She was the widow of Clarence Willen Harper. She is survived by one daughter, Melissa R. Purdham (Chris) of Stafford Va.; one son Bryon Harper (Alta) of the home; three grandsons, Cody Purdham, Wyatt Purdham, and Tyler Purdham; two sisters, Alease Simmons of Florida, and Doris Moore of South Carolina; one brother Eugene Waggy of Woodbridge Va. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
