KITTRELL- Savannah Wells Finch, 77, of Spring Creek Lane, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Granville Medical Center.Born in Dinwiddie County, VA on August 21, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Walter Irvin Wells and Sadie Ball Rainey and was the widow of Carl Herndon Finch.Mrs. Finch was retired from Kid's World.A graveside memorial service will be held Wednesday at 3:00pm by Rev. Robert Kelley at Union Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa R. Todd (Aron) of Kittrell and Roxanne F. Emond (Patrick) of Beverly, MA; two grandsons, Jeremy B. Sanford (Jen and Johnathan Gertz) and Kevin D. Sanford (Lauren); a great grandson Brycen D. Sanford; a brother, Roy Wells (Pat) of Chesterfield, VA; and a sister, Betty Lesnock (Frank) of Chesterfield, VA.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, John Wells, Marvin Wells and Allen Wells.
