HENDERSON-Shannon Marie Rice Karsner, 46, a resident of 4470 Thomas Road, died Sunday, January 10, 2016, at her home.Born in Cortland, NY on July 31, 1969, she was the daughter of Coe Ike Wayne Rice and Jacqueline Byrnes Rice of Lincklean, NY.
Mrs. Karsner was an Executive Administrative Assistant at Altec.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Frankfort, KY.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, James William Jay Karsner of the home; her brother, Justin Rice of Lincklean, NY and her paternal grandmother, Midge Rice of Cuyler, NY.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00PM till 8:00PM at the home, 4470 Thomas Road, Henderson, NC 27537.
