DURHAM-Stephen Joseph Adcock, 69, of Tyonek Drive, died Friday, May 21, 2021 at Skill Creations, Inc.Born in Vance County on September 24, 1951, he was the son of the late Fred Thomas Adcock and Lucy Tharrington Adcock.Stephen was a member of Carey Baptist Church.
A graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Carey Baptist Church by the Rev. Caleb Alford.
Stephen is survived by his sister, Susan Adcock Klementowski and husband, Paul of Suffolk, VA; two brothers, Charles Adcock and wife, Shirley of Kittrell and Alan Adcock of Henderson; an aunt, Dorieen Kearney of Epsom; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, F. T. Adcock, Jr., Mike Adcock and Randy Adcock.
The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
