Frank Stephen "Steve" Proctor, 58, of 6471 Hicksboro Road, died Thursday, November 01, 2018 at a local nursing home.Born in Vance County on February 7, 1960 he was the son of Carolyn Jacobs Proctor of Henderson and the late Frank Thomas Proctor.He worked in residential construction as an electrician.Steve was a member of Island Creek Baptist Church where a memorial service will be heldSunday at 4:00 PM by Rev. Marshall Neathery.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Sandy Proctor of Henderson; two grandchildren, his sister, Karen P. Coghill of Henderson; and his brother, Ronald Proctor of Henderson.
The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall of Island Creek Baptist Church.
