Steven Scott Tinsley

Steven Scott Tinsely, 41, of Waters Edge Loop, died Friday, June 9, 2023 at his home. Born January 4, 1982 in Montgomery County, MD, he was the son of Leslie Robert Tinsely of TN and Dana Marie Goddreau-Hickman of Wheaton, MD. He was a self employed handyman. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Katrina Bradshaw of MD; his sister, Camarie Tinsley and husband, Eddie Manchas of Philadelphia, PA; his brother, Joshua Tinsley and wife, Emily of Fredrick, MD; his maternal grandmother, Sylvia Jean Goodreau of Henderson; and his niece, Violet Tinsley.
